She said you need to pull them simultaneously. I explained (and showed a video as proof) that I had tried with no success. She said you need to pull both handles out at the same time. I explained I had pulled the top handle and turned the bottom, and nothing happened. When I attempted to take a shower, it did not work. After getting to the room, I found one of the light bulbs flickering and a large crack in the sink. I would have done that had I received the email. There were plenty of kiosks to self-check in, but only if you had started the form online.
I had to wait over an hour to check-in because there was not adequate staff.
